As a Database Engineer - Customer Success, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' mission-critical applications hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and security of database systems.
  2. Providing expert-level support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers.
  3. Coaching/mentoring new hires, developing & presenting training, partnering with development teams on complex issues or contact-deflection initiatives, participating in hiring, writing tools and script to help the team, or working with leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives.
  4. Acting as the Cloud Ambassador across AWS products, providing our customers with required tools and tactics to scale their impact in world-wide markets.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of database technologies, including Amazon Aurora, AWS Database Migration Service, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and DocumentDB.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of cloud computing and database management.
