About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Claims Desktop Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing motor claims and providing recommendations for settlement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess motor claims and provide recommendations for settlement.
  • Review and analyze claim data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4
  • Qualified Panel Beater/Spray Painter/Mechanic
  • Professional VDQ Member advantageous
  • Audatex certified advantageous
  • At least 3 years motor assessing experience
  • Previous Motor Trade Experience (Panel Beater/Spray Painter/Mechanic)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
