- 1 to 2 years in a Motor industry
- Buying Experience 1 to 2 years
- Experience working on the following systems (Advantageous)
- Nett Assess system
- Outsurance system
- Audatex/Abuntex
- TMS (Teamwork)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Matric

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI)**

**Order/Purchase parts as per instruction from Workshop**
- Purchase parts from supplier as per workshop instruction and conduct and follow up to confirm receipt of order
- Populate parts ordered on TMS system
- Negotiating and Liaise with suppliers

**Order/Purchase and obtain approval for additional as per workshop request**
- Capture variances on the TMS system
- Send request to the Assessor
- Communicate the decision taken by the Assessor to the Workshop Foreman for further action

**Receive and process invoicing**
- Ensure that the parts invoices are costed at the exact required margin
- Send the final accurate costing to the Assessor for final sign off. Include the required documentation such as costing, invoicing and additional approvals**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
