- Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, including vehicle manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, and other professional organizations.
- Liaise with external representatives and suppliers to ensure seamless business operations.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist workshop clients with motor plan extension and quotes to improve customer experience.
COST CONTROL
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of customer invoices.
- Monitor debtor situations to facilitate efficient collection of outstanding accounts.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
ADMINISTRATION
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the National Credit Agreements Act, Insurance Acts, FAIS, FICA, and Tax Laws.
- Operate within dealership parameters to ensure efficient business operations.
- Load electronic applications and contracts to facilitate speedy finance approvals and payouts.
- Utilize Signio for contract and product documentation.
- Ensure accurate completion of FIAS files.
- Assist with daily figure reporting.
COMPLIANCE
- Adhere to compliance procedures, including FAIS, FICA, and other company policies.
- Complete required FICA and FAIS documentation.
- Submit accurate and complete FIAS files as required.
COMMUNICATION
- Maintain effective liaison with financial institutions, insurance companies, professional bodies, suppliers, and other contacts.
FINANCE
- Continuously review and improve the financial structure of the department.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
- possess knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry.
- Hold skills, experience, and knowledge of modern business methods and controls.
- Demonstrate credit management skills and computer literacy.
- Hold required minimum NCA, FAIS credits and RE exams, CPD points, COB.
