Management Support Specialist

About the Role

The Management Support Specialist will provide high-level support to the management team, focusing on operational excellence and team development. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries or complaints.

The ideal candidate will have FMCG experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team. A Matric qualification is required, and supervisory experience is essential.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills. You will need to be able to analyze situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply is crucial.
