A Permanent position for a Projects Administrator is available in Roodepoort, the West Rand of Gauteng.

This position is ideal for a goal orientated Individual who works well under pressure, un-supervised within the team or individually.

You will be required to work with clients in a wide variety of industries, i.e., commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural, and must be able to advise clients in accordance with their individual needs.

Some experience in the construction or steel industries would be advantageous.

**Duties and Responsibilities** (but not limited to):

- Assist clients with sales quotations, costings, orders, statements, invoicing, and tenders.
- Basic Administrative duties and functions.
- Daily reporting, asset registers, attendance registers, etc.
- Procurement of supplies and materials.
- Complete office management.
- Administrative support to Site managers.
- Bank recons, debtors/creditors.
- Site visits and bookings accordingly.
- Basic HR functionalities - PA to Managing Exec.
- Exclusive PA to Comp Director.

**Applicant Requirements**:
Working knowledge of Sage One online and MS Office is essential.

Basic Knowledge of the construction and/or steel industries.

Very Well-Spoken, Confident and Professional.

Have excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal.

Fluent and Literate in Afrikaans and English.

Meticulous and very attentive to detail.

Own reliable transportation - valid driver’s license advantageous.

Grade 12 / Matric.

Ideally residing in the Roodepoort / Krugersdorp vicinity.

Work hours: Mon - Fri (07h00 - 16h30), Two Saturdays of every month (07h30 - 12h30).

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
