We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Persona Staff. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as strong numerical orientation.

About the Role

In this dynamic and challenging position, you will be responsible for operating the switchboard, receiving guests, and assisting with general administration tasks. You will also maintain and update registers, handle parking allocation, and manage office supplies and petty cash.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Focused and performance-driven individual
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
  • Strong numerical orientation
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Pro-active approach to work and problem-solving
  • Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Grade 12 with Maths
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Home internet access (preferably fibre)
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R320,000 per annum, depending on experience.
