Strategic Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Stratogo. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to:
- Management of purchasing authorization processes
- Arrangement of travel itineraries and logistics
- Coordination of events and meetings
- Minute taking and document preparation
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents
- Managing the organization's vehicle insurance portfolio, including claims management and policy administration
- Coordinating events, conferences, and meetings, including catering arrangements and logistics
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
- Communicating with executives, managers, and other stakeholders as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for growth and development. Our office is located in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary in the range of R450,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and annual leave.
