At Persona Staff, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an administrative professional looking to take their career to the next level. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and Directing Calls: You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for answering and directing their calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Boardroom Bookings: You will be responsible for managing the boardroom bookings for meetings and interviews, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made in advance.
  • Onboarding Process: You will be responsible for preparing onboarding gifts and conducting office tours with new employees, ensuring that they feel welcome and supported from day one.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, managing cleaning staff schedules, maintaining records, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role is essential for this position.
  • Computer Literacy: You must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism in Afrikaans and English is required, as well as a Matric certificate with Mathematics.
  • Diploma: A Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation time.
