School Book Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our national sales teams in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on customer relationships and team motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate national sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance.
- Negotiate and sign Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with national and regional customers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Review and adjust marketing plans to optimize sales performance and customer engagement.
- Track sales data to identify strengths and weaknesses, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
- Network and manage large client contracts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the education sector, with a strong focus on customer relationships and team motivation.
- Strong communication and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate national sales teams.
- Analytical and data-driven problem solver, with the ability to track sales data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Availability to travel and meet with customers and stakeholders as required.
