Insurance Sales Team Lead

At Energy at Work Projects, we are seeking an Insurance Sales Team Lead to join our esteemed clients in the financial sector.
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to sales agents, helping them service existing clients with tailored short-term insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing quarterly and monthly update reports on current opponents or business possibilities.
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.
- Providing prompt reports on crucial issues to senior officers and suggesting solutions.
- Supervising key account possibilities.
- Designating sales targets and job obligations to each sales staff.
- Appraising staff performance, providing suggestions, and awarding rewards or punishment.
- Recommending hiring additional staff and ensuring necessary resources for target objectives.
- Identifying other job duties to enhance service and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participating in candidate interviews and supporting decision-making.
- Offering training and inspiration to internal sales personnel to achieve business sales objectives.
- Assisting team managers to intensify sales through training on sales methods.
- Developing action plans to enhance performance and productivity of underperforming personnel.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Regulatory Examination 5 (RE 5) or in progress with DOFA
- FAIS Credits or in progress with DOFA
- Class of Business (desirable)
Experience:
- 3-5 years of Team Leader/Management sales experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the insurance sector.
- 2 years of short-term insurance experience.
