Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Stay informed about advancements in solar technology and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy solutions, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
