Solar Energy Business Developer

Hire Resolve is excited to partner with a leading Renewable Energy company to find a skilled Business Development Manager specializing in Solar energy solutions.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of solar services, developing client relationships, and contributing to our clients mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Stay informed about advancements in solar technology and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy solutions, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
