About the Role:
Fempower is looking for a skilled HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR function, including compiling reports, preparing for audits, and planning events to promote employee engagement and morale.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Compiling and analyzing data to inform business decisions
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field
- Proven experience in HR administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
