In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including their administrators, consultants, and auditors.

Key Accountabilities
  1. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. REPORTING AND ADMINISTRATION: Generate accurate and timely reports to meet regulatory requirements and ensure smooth administration of client accounts.
  3. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION: Liaise effectively with front office and back office teams to resolve queries and requests related to segregated and unit trust funds.
  4. TEAM SUPPORT: Assist in training junior staff and graduates to ensure knowledge transfer and skills development within the team.
  5. PROCESS REVIEW: Review and document existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification.
  2. BASIC SKILLS:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Accuracy (numeric).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Time management skills & ability to multi-task.
  • Team player.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client administration environment.
  • Working knowledge of equities, bonds, derivatives, collective investments, and money market instruments.
  • General understanding of FAIS, FICA, CISCA, Regulation 28 (Pension Fund Act) requirements.
