Sales and Account Management Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Dante Personnel in Silver Lakes, Pretoria. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct regular client visits to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a product expert, advising clients on the best solutions and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely communication with clients.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, with a strong background in customer-facing roles.
  • Degree or diploma in business studies or a related field will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
