Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, closing deals, and achieving budgeted revenue targets. They will also be expected to develop professional expertise, apply company policies and procedures, and network to promote the Group brand and build strong relationships within the EBS industry.

Requirements
- A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferable.
- Must be registered as a representative with the FSB in terms of the FAIS Act.
- NQF5 Wealth Management / Healthcare experience (advantage) and Retirement fund consulting experience.

- Have numerate and computer literate (working knowledge of MS Office packages).
- Have an aggressive new business attitude.
- Be decisive and take responsibility for those decisions.

- Excellent planning skills – can prioritise time to deal with a large portfolio of future clients.
