Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Prostaff Holdings as a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling pumps into the Food and Beverage industry, leveraging their strong technical knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Sell pumps into the Food and Beverage industry, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering and operations teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Engineering qualification or related is essential.
  • At least 3 years experience selling pumps into the Food and Beverage or related industries is essential.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm for finding and solving problems.
  • A customer-first attitude.
  • Must be willing to travel.
