Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain key client accounts, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Conduct regular client reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business innovation and excellence.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client management and business development, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven ability to manage large client accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
