We are seeking an experienced Contract and Company Secretary to join our team at Gap Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Company secretarial duties and corporate governance
- Regulatory compliance and risk management
- Traveling to client sites as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
- A BCom Law, LLB, or similar qualification
- Excellent contract drafting and reviewing skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Strong references and ability to travel
