About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the division, managing the team, and ensuring the smooth delivery of divisional services. This involves meeting client expectations, managing the budget, and leading the team to achieve the division's financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the division, ensuring efficient processes and effective budget management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality services and meeting their expectations.
- Lead the team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of divisional objectives.
- Review and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification, such as a diploma or degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in the field, with 2-3 years of managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of company law, including the Company Act, King IV, and CIPC procedures.
- Proficiency in secretarial software, such as Profsoft.
