We are a leading solutions provider seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Consultant to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across commercial and corporate clients. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities, cultivate existing relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of target-driven sales experience, preferably in the solutions/IT service industry.
- Proven track record of success in solution selling and subscription sales.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications, such as CRM or sales training programs.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM software.
Our company offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
