Executive Team Coordinator

Job Description
As an Executive Assistant at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining a well-organized and responsive office environment, fostering collaboration among teams, and driving strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assist the executive team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
Coordinate office operations, including supply management, facilities liaison, and policy implementation.
Cultivate relationships with HR and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team, driving strategic objectives in MEA operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual communication platforms.
High proficiency in project management.
