Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR and Labour consulting services to clients, including advice on labour laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct labour market research and analysis to inform HR decisions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address HR and Labour challenges.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on HR and Labour topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labour laws and regulations, and provide guidance to clients on compliance.
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • Human Resources Diploma or Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR/IR.
  • SDF Qualification would be advantageous.
  • Travel will be required, locally and other provinces.
  • Understanding the HR Consulting environment will be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
