Job Opportunity: National Strategic Business Unit Manager

As a key member of our team at The Recruiters, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Strategic Business Unit Manager to lead our Residential and Commercial Direct Expansion Air Conditioning Systems business. This role requires a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, particularly direct expansion air conditioning systems used in residential and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence across the country.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation within the HVAC sector.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience within the South African HVAC industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of strategic planning, budget management, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across different levels and functions.
Working Conditions:

This role requires regular travel within the country to engage with the market, visit key accounts, attend industry events, and collaborate with regional teams. Office-based with flexibility for remote work as needed.
