Job Title: HR Training and Development Manager
About the RoleFrogg Recruitment SA is seeking a skilled HR Training and Development Manager to join their team in Bellville, Cape Town.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR training and development, with a strong background in eLearning development and design.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement a training and development framework to ensure a skilled workforce.
- Manage and track training programs, including onboarding, individual development, and group training needs analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and develop learning programs for line managers and leadership teams.
- Oversee SETA management and BBBEE reporting, as well as support the rollout of wellness activities and provide coaching to people managers.
- Collaborate with the organization to develop and maintain a positive organizational culture and values.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR training and development experience, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven experience in eLearning development and design.
- SETA experience required.
Market-related salary (estimated R500,000 - R700,000 per annum), CTC, medical aid, and provident fund.
