At CallForce, we are a leading provider of innovative contact centre solutions in South Africa and globally. Our team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Contact Centre Dialler Expert to join us in Johannesburg.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a contact centre environment and a strong background in dialler administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Dialler Management: Maximizing campaign performance through effective dialler management.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborating with the operations manager to ensure optimal campaign execution.
  • Calling List Maintenance: Maintaining and optimizing calling lists for efficiency and compliance.
  • Dialler Performance Monitoring: Tracking dialler performance and making real-time adjustments to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports using dialler-specific data.
  • Troubleshooting: Assisting in resolving any dialler-related issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment.
  • 1+ year of dialler administrator experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and dialler systems.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL (a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
