We're looking for a highly motivated Contact Centre Operations Coordinator to join our team in Johannesburg.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our contact centre campaigns by overseeing the dialler system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining the dialler to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborating with our operations manager to implement effective campaign strategies.
  • Ensuring calling lists are optimized for maximum efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a contact centre environment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of dialler administrator experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT and dialler systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or SQL is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Estimated Salary: R180,000 - R250,000 per annum.
