Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive mutual growth and satisfaction.
  • Aquire an in-depth understanding of client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers to achieve shared goals, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, managing customer complaints, and resolving issues effectively to maintain trust.
  • Prepare detailed progress and forecast reports using key account metrics to provide valuable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 2 years in a Key Accounts Manager role.
  • Proven track record in sales and solution-driven client management, with exceptional communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
