Procurement Coordinator Job Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to support our client's procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and research potential suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
