**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Air Products South Africa Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing key areas of responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Switchboard and Reception Management: Manage the switchboard, reception, and other front-desk operations to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Document Control: Ensure the efficient filling and organization of documents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Procurement Support: Assist in handling procurement tasks, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including procurement, debtors, customer services, commercial, engineering, production, distribution, and SHERQ functions.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Qualifications: Matric with a post-qualification in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration, with a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, deadline-driven, able to work under pressure, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to build strong customer relationships, valid unendorsed driver's license, and own transport.
