About the Role

The Sub-Saharan Africa Sales Growth Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales growth and market expansion for our animal health products in the region. This will involve developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand our presence in Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key distributors, commercial farms, and agricultural organizations.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the animal health industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Sub-Saharan African market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
