Area Business Development Lead

The Beverage Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Performance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving growth in sales and achieving sales targets within your designated region.
In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals and be accountable for executing on regional sales activities, ensuring accurate sales order creation and timely sales order management. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with sales partners and alliances.
You will monitor and provide feedback on adherence to agreed service levels, optimize the customer experience, and interpret sales and customer analytics to provide valuable insights.

Responsibilities- Drive growth in sales and achieve sales targets within your designated region
- Lead a team of sales professionals and execute on regional sales activities

- Relevant degree or national diploma / NQF 6 (Essential)
- Up to 6 years experience (Supervisory/Management) Sales and Trade Execution
- Developing and leading teams
- Negotiation and trading ability
- Formal and informal trade experience
- Robust IT skills (Microsoft)
