We are seeking an experienced Corporate Learning Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and implementing learning and development interventions aligned to individual and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze client learning and development needs and develop recommendations for learning and development interventions
- Design and develop training programs that meet the identified needs and are aligned to relevant registered unit standards, skills programs, and qualifications
- Facilitate training sessions and provide feedback to learners
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
To be considered for this role, you must have a National Diploma in Nursing Science, Nursing Education & Nursing Management or an equivalent qualification, as well as professional registration as a Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council. You should also have proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level and 1 year of routine whole blood collection experience in a blood transfusion environment.
