Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. This is a mid-management level role that requires a strong understanding of customers, trends, and opportunities in the gas and forecourt channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy, with a focus on innovation and long-term sales drivers.
  • Manage the implementation of Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customers, including the development of promotional plans that drive share and category growth.
  • Analyze available data sources to identify customer growth opportunities and develop plans to achieve business advantages.
  • Build strong strategic customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Manage budgets, including investment and optimization, to achieve business efficiencies.
Requirements
  • University degree in Economics or Business Administration.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in Key Account Management and/or Field Force Management, ideally with FMCG/beverage background in the gas or impulse channels.
  • Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing/Consumer Marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships.
  • Tactical planning and strategic ability to develop specific, valuable, and commercially focused strategies.
  • Commercial acumen, including strong understanding of sales processes and financial systems.
  • Analytical skills, including planning and negotiation skills with a sound understanding of financial bottom-line implications of sales and marketing decisions.
