Senior HR Business Partner - Digital Services

SET Recruitment Consultants is seeking a proactive and positive individual to manage the People and Culture functions for the Digital Services business offering ICT services such as cloud, connectivity, and cyber security.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company has the right people in the right jobs at the right time.
  • Performance Management: Ensure the effective Performance Management process is in place, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Learning and Development: Collaborate with the Head of L&D to execute the Learning and Development strategy, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to drive business success.
  • Talent Management and Succession Planning: Drive the Talent Management and Succession Planning process to ensure the organization has a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Organizational Development: Manage and ensure the effective Organization Development process, including change management and organizational design.
  • Employee Relations: Ensure any Employee Relations issues are efficiently addressed and resolved, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Culture and Values: Drive the culture and values across the organization, ensuring employees understand and live the company's values.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Ensure HR Policies and Procedures are communicated to employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BCom in HR, Hons an advantage.
  • Reputable HR Manager / Business Partner in Telecoms, ITC, Digital, Banking or related sectors.
