  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing technical support and internal sales guidance as needed.

  • Promote and sell our full portfolio of products, collaborating with marketing teams and suppliers to achieve sales targets.
  • Liaise with internal departments, effectively coordinating resources to meet customer needs.
  • Initiate joint visits to major customers with suppliers, driving sales growth and strengthening relationships.
  • Maintain professional customer profiles and strategy documents, regularly reviewing and updating them as necessary.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, including call plans and MMLs for monthly reporting.
  • Research and investigate potential business opportunities and competitor information.
  • Deliver presentations to existing and new major customers at senior management and director level.
  • Attend regular sales and product training sessions, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Computer literacy: MS Office & Syspro
  • Electronics engineering or business administration qualifications
  • 5-7 years experience in a similar role
