Job Title: Fleet Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team at Fidelity Services Group. As a key member of our fleet operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair, including receiving quotes from suppliers and loading them onto GreenFleet.
  • Issue pre-reference numbers to dealers for vehicles under maintenance plans and verify repair costs.
  • Review vehicle history reports and flag any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, fleet controllers, and internal customers to resolve queries and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Order company fuel cards, consolidate open purchase orders, and manage traffic fines.
  • Administer accident claims, including capturing incidents on Master reports, registering claims on GreenFleet, and appointing assessors.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in an administrative role within a fleet maintenance or workshop environment.
  • Strong technical background, knowledge of car parts, service levels, labour rates, licencing, and COFs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with ability to create reports and documents.
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
