Job Title: Homeware Sales Consultant

Frank Consult is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Homeware Sales Consultant to join our team in Cape Town.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to sell luxury homeware products and achieve/exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer service-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-standing relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Sell luxury homeware products and achieve/exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product launches and trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support the growth of the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • National senior certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a retail environment, preferably with a luxury brand.
  • Knowledge of homeware products and trends is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Working Hours and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be required to work a 45-hour week, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch per day, which will be rostered following the specific store trading times. The role offers a basic salary with commission, participation in a sales incentive scheme, and company benefits.
