HR Manager Employment Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Administrator to join our team at Unique Personnel (Pty) Ltd.
Main Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- General HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files and records.
- Assist in collecting employee information as required.
- Medical Surveillance:
- Establish and maintain a medical surveillance program.
- Coordinate pre-employment, exit, and periodic medical examinations.
- NBCRFI Compliance:
- Liaise with NBCRFI and employees under its jurisdiction.
- Submit monthly leave data and provide remittance advices.
- Employment Equity:
- Act as EE Manager, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Training and Development:
- Act as Skills Development Facilitator, ensuring compliance with the Skills Development Act.
- B-BBEE Coordination:
- Coordinate annual BEE audits and liaise with verification agencies.
- Company Hygiene:
- Ensure hygiene facilities are maintained.
- Safety, Health, Environment & Quality:
- Ensure adherence to SHEQ requirements.
- Supervision of Cleaners:
- Manage the performance of two cleaners.
- Identify and coordinate training for cleaners.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR function, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and its application in the workplace.
- Excellent administrative skills, including filing and data capturing.
- Ability to handle labor relations matters effectively, maintaining a positive work environment.
