About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Administrator to join our team at Unique Personnel (Pty) Ltd.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • General HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee personnel files and records.
    • Assist in collecting employee information as required.
  • Medical Surveillance:
    • Establish and maintain a medical surveillance program.
    • Coordinate pre-employment, exit, and periodic medical examinations.
  • NBCRFI Compliance:
    • Liaise with NBCRFI and employees under its jurisdiction.
    • Submit monthly leave data and provide remittance advices.
  • Employment Equity:
    • Act as EE Manager, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Training and Development:
    • Act as Skills Development Facilitator, ensuring compliance with the Skills Development Act.
  • B-BBEE Coordination:
    • Coordinate annual BEE audits and liaise with verification agencies.
  • Company Hygiene:
    • Ensure hygiene facilities are maintained.
  • Safety, Health, Environment & Quality:
    • Ensure adherence to SHEQ requirements.
  • Supervision of Cleaners:
    • Manage the performance of two cleaners.
    • Identify and coordinate training for cleaners.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR function, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and its application in the workplace.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including filing and data capturing.
  • Ability to handle labor relations matters effectively, maintaining a positive work environment.
