Duties:
 
Include, but not limited to:
  • Assisting with the development of KPA's
  • Assisting with the updating of HR and compliance policies
  • Assist with the development and training
  • Assist with creating content to train staff
  • Regular maintenance of the HR system e.g., updating of job titles, checking that employee data is accurate, etc.
  • Drafting letters of appointment and other general employment documentation e.g., certificates of service, etc.
  • Assist with all necessary functions related to the recruitment process
  • Ensuring the relevant branch performance management appraisals and goals are up to date and consistently maintained
  • Ensure HR practices and company policies are adhered to according to legislation requirements
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Automotive Human Resources Management in an automotive environment
  • Knowledge of implementation of Policies and Procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter who has the ability to be proactive
  • Able to operate independently
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Has excellent planning, organising and controlling skills coupled with a persuasive ability
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with employees and managers
  • Automotive industry experience ESSENTIAL
