Job Title: Medical Office Administrator

The Neurodiversity Centre seeks an accomplished and experienced Medical Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations in our Paarl branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the schedules of allocated clinicians, issuing receipts, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and medical professionals.



Responsibilities


  • Manage diaries of allocated clinicians with accuracy and precision
  • Issue receipts and handle claim queries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain professional communication
  • Assist with account queries and daily cash management
  • Ensure the practice is neat and tidy, and perform general administrative tasks


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:




  • A minimum of two years' experience as an administrator in the medical/allied health professions industry
  • Experience in at least one medical management software program
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Afrikaans, and strong computer skills
  • Financial management skills, such as daily cash up and petty cash

Requirements

• Experience in doing billing and collections of payments - Essential.
• Having GoodX experience will be an advantage.
