We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Support Team Lead to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of health, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a strong culinary background and excellent leadership skills. As a Senior Kitchen Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standard.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and duties. This includes maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines, and ensuring that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing manner.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of health, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Culinary Certificate/Diploma and at least 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or equivalent role. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, and be able to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, meal discounts, and opportunities for career development and advancement.
