- Manage safari reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with lodge partners, tour operators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Conservation and Sustainability
- Embody Wild Dreams Hospitality's commitment to conservation and sustainability, promoting eco-friendly practices and responsible tourism.
- Participate in conservation efforts, contributing to the protection of wildlife and their habitats.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Hospitality, Tourism, or Environmental Science.
- Minimum 5 years of high-end safari reservations experience at a senior level.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
