About This Role

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking an exceptional Senior Safari Reservations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the highest standards of service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to provide outstanding guest experiences, ensuring complete satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and preferences.
  • Safari Reservations and Operations
    • Manage safari reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with lodge partners, tour operators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conservation and Sustainability
    • Embody Wild Dreams Hospitality's commitment to conservation and sustainability, promoting eco-friendly practices and responsible tourism.
    • Participate in conservation efforts, contributing to the protection of wildlife and their habitats.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Hospitality, Tourism, or Environmental Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of high-end safari reservations experience at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
