Job Title: Operations Training Specialist

TalentCru is seeking an experienced Operations Training Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expertise and training in the different Operations Disciplines required by IDC Operational staff in performance of their due diligence duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the learning strategy to support operational business requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise in developing evolving forms of learning approaches in the different disciplines
  • Evaluate learning and development-related activities tasks performed by trainees and other staff in training
  • Manage suitable assessment methods and tools used to assess staff competence to participate independently in the IDC due diligence process
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: relevant commercial or technical Honours Degree or equivalent qualification
  • MBA or Master's degree would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 8-10 years recent and extensive in-service IDC due diligence process experience at least Team Lead level
