This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Standard Bank Group as a Growth Segment Relationship Manager. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in growing and retaining high-value Growth Segment relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Grow and retain a portfolio of high-value Growth Segment relationships through proactive partnership and value-added solutions
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the banking sector
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business operations, risk management, and financial requirements
