Armstrong Appointments is seeking a Sales Growth Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to help our company expand its clientele in the industrial automation sector.

You will be the front of our business, focusing on creating and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth through the sale of VSDs and PLCs.

The goal is to forge strong relationships with clients, identify new markets, and conduct research to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients to promote our products and services
  • Promote the benefits of our products and services to address or predict client objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts for resellers
  • Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Utilize CRM software to record pertinent data from sales representatives
  • Make daily sales calls in the region to manage and develop business for variable frequency drives and PLCs
