Sales and Relationship Development Manager

As a Sales and Relationship Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving and retaining a portfolio of high-value relationships with entrepreneurs and businesses. This involves providing strategic partnerships, proactive service delivery, and differentiated service to meet the operational needs of these clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, identify opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions to address their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their business objectives, risks, and financial requirements
* Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions and achieve their goals
* Identify opportunities for growth and development, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions
* Collaborate with colleagues to leverage expertise and resources, delivering exceptional service and value to clients
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the banking sector. Prior experience as a Business Banker or managing a portfolio in the entrepreneur environment is highly desirable. Strong behavioral competencies, including directing people, embracing change, empowering individuals, exploring possibilities, and following procedures, are essential. Technical competencies in account opening and maintenance, application and submission verification, customer understanding, product knowledge, and risk identification are also required.
