Growth Segment Portfolio Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients and entrepreneurs, understanding their business needs, risks, and financial requirements. You will provide strategic guidance and support, helping them navigate complex financial decisions and achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and value to clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with 5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the banking sector. Prior experience as a Business Banker or managing a portfolio in the entrepreneur environment is highly desirable. Strong behavioral competencies, including directing people, embracing change, empowering individuals, exploring possibilities, and following procedures, are essential. Technical competencies in account opening and maintenance, application and submission verification, customer understanding, product knowledge, and risk identification are also required.
