Senior Manager Customer Experience

Isilumko Staffing is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer experience efforts. As a Senior Manager Customer Experience, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations Delivery and Optimization teams to establish and monitor data-driven KPIs.
  • Supervise and enhance the overall customer experience during interactions with our bank, focusing on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and positive experiences throughout their journey.
  • Ensure the Company brand is consistently and uniformly experienced across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Customer Experience relevant Certification.
  • 3-5 years management experience.
  • 7-10 years' experience in the Customer Experience Role.
